The Bulletin de Droit Comparé du Travail et de la Securité Sociale is published by the COMPTRASEC, UMR CNRS of the University Montesquieu-Bordeaux IV, in one issue per year. Its aim is to contribute, in a comparative approach, to the development of the analyses and exchanges on labour law, industrial relations and social security throughout the world.

The Bulletin de Droit Comparé du Travail et de la Sécurité Sociale publishes analytical, theoretical articles, thematic and empirical contributions and also comments on recent cases and legislations in the field of labour and social security law all over the world. Spontaneous contributions are welcomed.

The Bulletin is controlled by an Editorial Committee and anonymous reading for each manuscript. The opinions stated in the articles engage only their authors.
