About the Journal
Diritti Lavori Mercati is edited by a group of well-known labour lawyers, sociologists, economists, providing an in-depth analysis of structural and legal problems relating to “the jobs” in the different “markets”. It analyses the changes of Labour Law, a subject matter that – notwithstanding it has been influenced by information revolution, economic globalisation and the overcoming of national laws – keep its attention to recognise fundamental rights. The journal is characterised by some rigorous essays, a wide attention to case law, which is promptly collected and accurately commented, the publication of documents and researches, and an original survey on how job problems are seen and told by literature, cinema, theatre, etc. Many Italian and non-Italian authors have been contributing to Diritti Lavori Mercati in order to analyse also foreign legal systems and the European Union system.
